Gino Bulso has been a trial lawyer since 1986. During his career, Gino has obtained judgments on behalf of the firm's clients totaling in excess of $35 million and has recovered more than $50 million in settlement. He has successfully tried more than 75 cases to verdict and has recovered multi-million dollar judgments in both complex commercial and personal injury cases. Gino has served as counsel in several precedent-setting cases before the Supreme Court of Tennessee. He has also argued numerous cases before the Tennessee Court of Appeals and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth, Sixth, Seventh and Eleventh Circuits. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court. His primary areas of trial and appellate practice include business litigation, franchise litigation, intellectual property litigation and securities litigation.

Gino has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America continuously since 2008 for commercial litigation. He was recently named The Best Lawyers’ 2014 Nashville Litigation – Real Estate “Lawyer of the Year”. He has been recognized as the Nashville Business Journal's Best of the Bar for business litigation from 2007 to the present and as a Mid-South Super Lawyer from 2007 to the present. Gino has been certified as a civil trial specialist by the Tennessee Commission on Continuing Legal Education and Specialization since 1996.

Gino is a competitive tennis player and finished 2012 as the No. 1 ranked player in the State of Tennessee for the USTA Men’s 50’s singles division. He also serves as a board member of the St. Thomas More Society of Middle Tennessee.
