Gino Bulso has been a trial lawyer for the past 22 years. During his career, Gino has obtained judgments on behalf of the firm's clients totaling in excess of $30 million and has recovered more than $50 million in settlement. He has successfully tried more than 70 cases to verdict and has recovered multi-million dollar judgments in both complex commercial and personal injury cases. Adverse jury verdicts against Gino's clients over the last 22 years have totaled $45,000. Gino has served as counsel in several precedent-setting cases before the Supreme Court of Tennessee. He has also argued numerous cases before the Tennessee Court of Appeals and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth, Seventh and Eleventh Circuits. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court. His primary areas of trial and appellate practice include business litigation, franchise litigation, intellectual property litigation and securities litigation.
Gino is listed in The Best Lawyers in America 2008 for commercial litigation, the Nashville Business Journal's 2007 - 2009 Best of the Bar for litigation and Mid-South Super Lawyers 2007 for business litigation. Gino has been certified as a civil trial specialist by the Tennessee Commission on Continuing Legal Education and Specialization since 1996. He also serves as a board member of the St. Thomas More Society of Middle Tennessee and Pope John Paul II High School in Hendersonville, Tennessee.
