Our Practice
Our firm handles cases in multiple areas of civil litigation. The firm principally handles complex commercial disputes, actions involving unfair and deceptive trade practices, catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, professional liability, medical negligence, insurance coverage and bad-faith. We have successfully prosecuted and defended cases in most substantive areas of civil trial practice, including federal and state securities actions, intellectual property litigation, product liability, premises liability, medical negligence, personal injury, design and construction of buildings, franchise litigation, trucking litigation, and others.

Another hallmark of the firm's attorneys is the use of technology both and in the office and courtroom. Cases today are very complex. In order to present complex ideas in a simple manner, the firm uses state-of-the-art trial presentation and document management software. These tools allow us to prepare and present a client's case in a clear, concise and cogent manner.
The firm's attorneys also have a solid grasp of the rules of procedure and the rules of evidence which govern how a lawsuit must be tried. The firm's knowledge of these rules often provides it both a tactical and a strategic advantage over its adversaries.
